Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Solar PV business. This is a self-employed, commission-only role with unlimited, high-quality inbound leads provided — no cold calling required.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to maximise their earning potential while working with a strong operational support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and manage inbound customer enquiries
• Conduct in-home and remote consultations
• Assess suitability for Solar PV and battery systems
• Present tailored proposals and quotations
• Convert leads into confirmed installations
• Work closely with operations to deliver a smooth customer journey

Requirements

• Proven experience in Solar PV sales (essential)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of solar systems and battery storage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
