Essential Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor living, landscaping, construction, home improvement or other high-value consultative sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative approach to sales with a focus on customer experience
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organised and able to manage multiple customer enquiries
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable travelling across the Midlands and North of England

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with pergolas, garden rooms, glazing systems or similar products
• Experience conducting site visits or in‑home consultations
• CRM or lead management experience
• Existing commercial contacts within hospitality, leisure, education or public sector environments
• Interest in helping grow commercial opportunities alongside residential sales
