  • £28,840 basic + uncapped performance bonus

As HELIX continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded and confident individual to join our team and help drive new business opportunities.

The Role

This is a sales-focused office-based role centred around:

  • outbound business development
  • relationship building

You’ll spend much of your time:

  • reaching out to prospective customers
  • generating new business opportunities
  • following up warm and cold leads
  • speaking with incoming enquiries
  • building relationships with clientshelping drive sales growth across the business

This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with people, commercially driven and motivated by growth and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective customers and businesses
  • Generate and qualify new sales leads
  • Follow up inbound and outbound enquiries
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Schedule consultations and sales callsAssist with quotations and sales administration
  • Maintain CRM and customer records
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships
  • Represent the HELIX brand professionally at all times
