What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Identifying and securing new land and development opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with developers, landowners, and investors
- Managing new homes developments from instruction through to completion
- Marketing and selling new build properties across developments
- Conducting site visits, valuations, and feasibility assessments
- Negotiating deals and securing new instructions
- Working closely with developers on pricing strategies and launch plans
- Coordinating marketing campaigns for new homes sites
- Monitoring market trends and providing strategic advice
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)
- Experience in Land, New Homes, or Residential Property Sales essential
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate and convert new instructions
- Good understanding of residential development and the sales process
- Confident communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target‑driven
- Professional presentation and strong client‑facing ability
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Local market knowledge preferred
