Bike Sales Executive — Showroom & Finance Expert

We are looking for passionate Sales Executives who will manage the end to end sales cycle while maintaining an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry to final handover. You will speak to customers online, over the phone, and in person, helping them find the right bike and ensuring the process is smooth and efficient from start to finish.

You will play a key part in hitting sales targets, promoting finance and additional products, and upholding showroom standards while acting as a proud ambassador for the SuperBike Factory brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding welcome to customers online, over the phone, and in the showroom, delivering an exceptional experience at every stage of the sales journey.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements to sales techniques and the overall customer experience, using customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage all inbound and outbound sales enquiries using our CRM systems.
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline and follow up with all prospects in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records for all sales activity, customer interactions, and outcomes.
• Provide finance quotations for customers as requested.
• Participate in sales training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer‑facing sales role (e.g., telesales, retail, or automotive sales).
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Confident communicator with a friendly style.
• Resilient and adaptable under pressure.
