This is an exciting opportunity to join the London finance practice of this UK headquarters law firm as a knowledge lawyer. While the team are keen to hear from experienced knowledge lawyers, they are also very open to senior fee earners looking to make the transition into a knowledge role. This is a 12 month ftc role and could be a great way to move into the knowledge space.
Responsibilities
Working as part of a network of knowledge lawyers throughout the firm, you will be responsible for the traditional aspects of the knowledge function such as precedent management, monitoring legal developments and legislative changes, supporting fee earners and clients with technical queries and training and managing and development legal knowledge projects. However, a significant part of the role will also be focused on knowledge strategy, knowledge technology and building the firm’s knowledge function.
Qualifications
Candidates will need finance experience from another top international law firm and are likely to be 4pqe+. This role is likely to suit those with broad experience including general corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance.
