The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager, a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and support them in creating special memories for our customers.

What to expect from the role

  • Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back‑of‑house activities enable the store’s successful commercial execution.
  • Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training and nurture the team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • An ability to understand the importance of Pandora’s local and global business strategy, and to translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
  • Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action when such opportunities are identified.
  • Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high-performing team.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
  • A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
