Recruitment Officer London
A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor.
This role is initially on a 12 month FTC. There could be the potential for this to be extended on made long term in 2027 (TBC).
This is a dual role – you will cover both recruitment (75%) and general HR duties (25%). This is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team.
On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound.
Responsibilities
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Advertising jobs
- Interview coordination
- Liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders
- Offer management
- Employment screening
- Conducting interviews via MS Teams
The start date is summer 2026. The salary range is c.£40,000-£50,000.
This is a hybrid role based in central London – office attendance is required x2 per week.
You will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support.
Qualifications
- Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Previous experience interviewing candidates
- Some HR experience (any capacity)
- Professional service experience – desirable
