Job Description:

Role Overview

As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of the restaurant, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and supported while maintaining high cleanliness standards across dining areas and toilets. Your day involves greeting families, distributing balloons at events, catering to specific customer needs, and informing the manager of any concerns. You will work in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment and must keep a warm, friendly, and professional presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make children feel welcome and distribute balloons during special events.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness in dining areas and restrooms.
  • Respond to customer requests and special needs promptly.
  • Maintain positive communication with customers and advise the manager on satisfaction issues.
  • Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

  • Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful attitude.
  • Effective communication, including attentive listening and clear face‑to‑face speaking.
  • Eye contact and engaging presence with customers.
  • High energy level, able to work efficiently and productively in a fast‑paced setting.
