About The Role

You’ll act as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring that every interaction is clear, supportive, and stress-free. From welcoming customers and setting expectations, to keeping them updated and making sure they leave happy with the service they’ve received, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing customer communication throughout the service or repair process
  • Clearly setting expectations and providing timely updates
  • Advising on additional products or services that may benefit the customer
  • Meeting targets while maintaining exceptional service levels
  • Following up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their experience

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you have:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
  • A full UK driving licence
