Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 (plus training, progression, overtime).

Working Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location: Bury, Manchester, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Salford, Middleton (commutable to Bury).

Overview

This role offers a permanent, day‑based maintenance engineer position within a growing manufacturing company with multiple UK sites and a strong focus on autonomy and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Fault‑finding and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performing repairs, servicing and maintaining a range of machinery and systems.
• Working within the maintenance team to ensure operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Multi‑skilled maintenance engineer with manufacturing background.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, dual‑skilled or multi‑skilled roles.
• Proven ability to service, repair and fault‑find industrial equipment.
• Commutable to Bury.
