Lead Site Foreman – Fit-Out (Immediate Start)

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join an ongoing fit out project based in Worcester.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for a foreman who is confident leading trades on site while also working alongside the team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day‑day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and site trades
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Coordinating works and maintaining project schedules
• Carrying out hands‑on duties where required
• Reporting progress to senior management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman on fit out projects
• Joinery background
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid qualification preferred
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities effectively
