What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively engage with prospects across the US market through cold calling and digital outreach
  • Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities
  • Book high-quality appointments for senior sales stakeholders
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities
  • Support client engagement strategies and conversion initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams across London and North America to drive growth
  • Deliver a client experience aligned with the Unispace brand and values

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales
  • Strong experience with cold outreach and appointment setting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
  • Experience within commercial real estate, design & build, or professional services is a bonus
  • Fluent English communication skills; experience engaging with US stakeholders is highly desirable
