It’s a junior role that requires some industry knowledge and a minimum of one year of agency experience. You will build on your previous knowledge and experience to develop a greater understanding of the roles within each department and the tasks involved in varied projects. A hard-working, organised and practical individual will thrive in this role and will learn all the right skills to become a Junior Producer. Within this role you’ll work on all types of projects with a lesser or greater responsibility depending on the project scope and will have the opportunity to own small projects whilst learning the project process from start to finish as well as how to nurture and build client relationships.
