At ASK4, we connect people to the internet in thousands of buildings across Europe and the people who make that possible are our Client Project Managers. If you’re organised, client-focused, and thrive when no two days are the same, this could be the role for you.
About the Role
As a Client Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of ASK4’s installation projects for a dedicated portfolio of clients. From managing budgets and coordinating teams to building strong client relationships, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our delivery teams ensuring every project lands on time, within budget, and to the quality our clients expect.
You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and play an important role in how ASK4 delivers on its promise of keeping people connected.
This is a fixed term role for 9 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of installation projects, from planning through to completion
- Leading virtual project delivery teams, coordinating internal and external resources
- Owning project budgets, including P&L reporting and accurate cost tracking
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through regular, proactive communication
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and escalations early and effectively
- Updating clients and build contractors with consistent and timely project progress
- Monitoring project schedules and ensuring delivery teams are acting promptly on all actions
- Meeting KPI targets across time, budget, quality, and client engagement
About You
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable project management experience, ideally within an IT, internet, or technology environment. You’ll be confident managing client relationships, handling competing priorities, and keeping your cool when challenges arise.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Experience managing project budgets and working with financial data
- A detail-oriented, process-driven approach
- Flexibility to accommodate busy seasonal periods and occasional travel across Europe
A project management qualification, construction industry experience, or European language skills would be a bonus — but are not essential.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities and ensure fair treatment for all, regardless of protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
We are happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and beyond, to ensure it is accessible and fair for everyone. If you require any adjustments or would like to discuss your needs, please contact us at careers@ask4.com.
