Location: East Croydon. Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am – 5.30pm. Hybrid working available – 2 days working from home and 3 days in our modern office close to East Croydon Station.

A Day Includes

Dynamic role combining commercial, strategic, and relationship‑focused responsibilities. No two days are the same – balance revenue‑driven activity, supplier engagement, reporting, and internal collaboration to support the growth of the Insights and Retail Media function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across Insights and Retail Media through effective pipeline management and supplier engagement.
  • Assist in managing commercial opportunities from initial conversation through to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Support onboarding and delivery of data platforms.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
  • Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

We’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
  • Someone looking to step into a more revenue‑driven, commercial position.
  • A candidate who wants to develop negotiation, client ownership, and commercial strategy skills.
  • An interest in Insights and Retail Media (experience in retail, FMCG, data, or media is beneficial but not essential).
  • A person comfortable working with clients and contributing to revenue targets and growth.

  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to support pricing, pipeline management, and opportunity identification.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven approach to work.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
