Take the lead in welcoming, training, and expertly managing a group of delivery partners and volunteers. Your mission will be to ensure that our young people have an exceptional experience and achieve those positive outcomes that change lives. You will also be required to travel within your local area to support the delivery of programmes as well as programme visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support our delivery partners and volunteers in bringing The Trust’s programmes to life, ensuring they have access to training, resources, qualifications, and guidance in adhering to our top‑notch quality standards.
  • Serve as the compliance hero, ensuring that delivery partners and volunteers are up to speed with all necessary policies.
  • Act as the go‑to person for tackling minor concerns or issues that arise.
  • Precisely record information and data on young people, volunteers, or partners, ensuring accurate documentation in our systems and alignment with funding contract requirements.
  • Champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion throughout all activities.
  • Facilitate best‑practice sharing and energise networking sessions, and lead sessions with young people when the moment calls.
  • Leverage a background in education or an understanding of the education system to bring enhanced value to the team.
  • Communicate effectively and solve problems creatively, turning ordinary moments into unforgettable events.
