At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role is about providing excellent service across all channels – handling transactions on the till, managing inbound calls, and supporting product applications through digital sales. You will provide first‑class service in person, via phone, and online, and will receive training to develop these skills.

This role is vital to the branch and serves as the gateway to protecting and looking after our members while working closely as a team. Some branches in this area are closed to the public on certain days as you will be helping members on the phone.

Your training will be based virtually in branch. The first three weeks are crucial, and no holiday should be taken during that period.
