Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to work as part of our administration team that provides a comprehensive administrative support service for Therapy outpatient services. This is a very busy and demanding role, and duties will include waiting list management, new appointment processes, providing cover for our frontline clinic reception and assessment clinics, and supporting digital dictation. Applicants should be computer literate and have experience of using Oceano or other patient administration systems, together with a good level of education (e.g. NVQ 3 in admin or working towards NVQ 3, or equivalent). Together with good communication skills, and the ability to work in a very busy and often pressurised environment, dealing with patient queries, telephone enquiries, and with other NHS professionals and agencies, in ensuring the patient’s overall experience is of the best in care. - Registering referrals, waiting list management with PIFU & PBWL.
- DRDR booking appointments & dealing with telephone queries.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C, GCSE Level 9-4)
- Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment
Experience
- Essential: Experience of dealing with the public/customer service experience
- Essential: Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Essential: Experience of using IT systems
- Desirable: Experience of working in a busy environment
- Desirable: Experience of working in Healthcare
