Job DescriptionPartner Success ManagerAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving value across our partner ecosystem.In this role, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with our reseller and implementation partners—ensuring they are fully enabled to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. From onboarding through to continuous enablement, you’ll act as a key partner advocate, helping them access the tools, insights, and expertise needed to succeed.You’ll work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders to drive retention, increase customer lifetime value, and ensure that every interaction delivers a positive, seamless experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be DoingBuild and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with reseller and implementation partnersSupport partners through onboarding, training, and ongoing enablementCollaborate with partners to drive customer success strategies that improve retention and growthUse data and insights to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across partner portfoliosFacilitate insight-led conversations with partners and customers to maximise value from our solutionsAct as a bridge between partners and internal teams, removing barriers and unlocking successDeliver enablement sessions and continuous improvement initiatives based on performance indicators such as NPS and customer journey touchpointsMonitor and track implementation progress, ensuring risks are mitigated and successes are recognisedChampion an exceptional customer and partner experience in every interactionKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and forecast customer attrition risks using engagement data, metrics, and partner insightAnalyse performance data to uncover service gaps and improvement opportunitiesDrive data-led decision making across partner and customer portfoliosSupport partners in developing and executing their Customer Success modelsIdentify opportunities for customers to gain more value from their software and servicesClose success gaps through cross-functional collaboration and process improvementContribute to the overall success of the team by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutionsEnsure all partner and customer queries are handled efficiently, professionally, and positivelyDeliver outcomes aligned to the Partner Success strategyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsA data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionExperience in partner management, customer success, or account managementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProactive, curious, and solution-oriented approachAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentPassion for delivering exceptional customer and partner experiencesWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that is customer-obsessed and partner-firstPlay a key role in driving business growth and long-term valueWork in a collaborative environment where your ideas and impact matterHelp shape a partner ecosystem where every partner is successful, and every customer is happyBenefits?
