Job Title: Senior Assessment Manager, Sciences
Salary: £45,100-£60,400 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full time, 2-year fixed term
Hours: 35 hours per week

About The Role
You will be one of our science subject specialists, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of examinations internationally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production of question papers, ensuring accuracy and error‑free content.
- Maintain comparability of questions across series, years and geographical contexts.
- Set grade thresholds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Setters, Revisers, Vetters and Principal Examiners.
- Manage examiner teams and contribute to succession planning.
- Work with ministry partners globally to develop and revise syllabuses.
About You
Qualifications:
- Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or a closely related subject.
- Strong classroom experience and/or subject expertise.
- Knowledge of project management or assessment in an educational setting.
Skills:
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- Strong time‑management, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills for time‑bound results.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
