We’re currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator / Order Expeditor to join our team in Denby. This is a fast‑paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring priority orders are tracked, progressed, and completed on time.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating activity across the shopfloor, keeping orders moving, and stepping in to resolve delays before they impact delivery. This is a hands‑on, proactive position that requires strong communication and organisation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor priority orders from start to completion
- Liaise closely with shopfloor teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks quickly
- Proactively chase progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Ensure deadlines and production targets are consistently met
About You
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
- Confident communicating with shopfloor and production teams
- Comfortable chasing and following up persistently
- Able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production setting is preferred
