We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with several years’ post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will have proven experience working within modern, complex buildings across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance to support safe and efficient operations across the LTE Group estate. A flexible and professional approach is essential, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. A full UK driving licence is required, as regular travel between sites during working hours is an essential part of the role.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality electrical maintenance across multiple sites, support safe and efficient operations, manage competing priorities, work independently and as part of a team, maintain accurate records, and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 minimum Electrical trade related.
- Willing to train in additional maintenance areas.
- Manual Handling training.
- Risk assessment training.
- COSHH training.
- Proven track record of problem solving, fault finding and prioritising works.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work to Planned Maintenance Programmes.
- Previous teaching, commercial building experience.
- Able to maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
- Able to work in a team.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Able to prioritise work.
- Able to work in a team environment multitasking with maintenance team colleagues as required.
