EU Coffee Operations Lead – Luxury Cafe & Growth

Ralph Lauren is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Ralph’s Coffee operations in EU, based at our flagship store on New Bond Street. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance and managing P&L.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of strategic management experience in coffee and be qualified in food and hygiene standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
