Role:
- Manage day-to-day office workflows and operational processes
- Support Financial Advisers with client servicing and administration coordination
- Oversee and manage a team of 3 administrative staff
- Ensure client cases progress efficiently and compliantly through the businessMaintain strong organisational standards across the office
- Act as a key point of coordination between advisers, administrators, and clients
- Support the continued smooth running of a busy IFA practice
Person:
- Level 4 qualified or part-qualified in Financial Planning
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial services environment
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills
- Experience supporting advisers and coordinating administration processes
- Professional and relationship-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a smaller team environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
