Your role as a Business Development Executive

• Engaging senior‑level professionals via phone to promote and secure attendance at leading global events in fast‑growing markets
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Communicating the value of event attendance clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining an up‑to‑date CRM and accurate sales pipeline tracking.

About you

• At least 6 months’ experience in a sales role, including internships or placement years.
• Confident, outgoing, and relationship‑focused, with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
• Target‑driven and comfortable making outbound calls to build rapport and close deals.
