Responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate ordering, shipping, documentation, financial processing and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely international delivery of products.
- Manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, including shipment planning, export documentation, customs coordination and compliance with import/export legislation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors and service providers to support overseas supply and distribution of products.
- Support financial and administrative processes such as invoicing, payments, credit control, stock reporting, and gross‑profit monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, resolve issues and ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, reporting and cross‑team support, including translation, interpreting and process updates.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
- Previous experience in logistics/shipping and with export documents – essential.
- Knowledge of INCO terms – essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and dynamic candidate.
- IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
