Build and scale our people operations as we grow. You’ll own the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, and help shape our culture.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Develop and improve HR processes and policies
- Lead performance review and feedback cycles
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs
- Support managers with people-related challenges
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in HR or people operations
- Experience in fast-growing startups
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to people decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS systems
- International HR experience
- Background in tech companies
