We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a social housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Supervisor on a voids contract to cover the Swindon area.
Day to Day
To manage the voids refurbishment process on social housing properties in and around the Swindon area.
Job role
- Day to day management of domestic refurb works in various site locations
- Visiting properties and scoping works
- Arranging and managing trades on site
- Health & Safety on site
- Toolbox talks and regular site meetings
- IT literate
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Asbestos Awareness
- DBS (agency can process)
- Excellent Health & Safety and building knowledge
- Good communication skills
