Role Overview
Our client, a leading US law firm, is looking to recruit a Magic Circle or US firm restructuring lawyer with 2-4 PQE to focus on restructuring and insolvency matters.
Responsibilities
- Advising on creditor schemes of arrangement, restructuring plans, and out-of-court restructurings.
- Managing enforcement actions and insolvency matters.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of practical experience in restructuring and insolvency.
- Experience advising on creditor schemes of arrangement, restructuring plans, out-of-court restructurings, and insolvency matters.
- Qualified solicitor at E&O (E&W) with strong academic background.
