Mobile Fabric Technician
Location: East Midlands (Central sites: Lutterworth, Uttoxeter, Newport)
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Mon – Fri, 40 hours (Flexible: e.g., 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm)
Call-Out: 1 in 5 rota (£105 standby)
Overview
We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Technician to maintain fabric and basic engineering assets across a few key retail stores in the East Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture.
- Handle initial reactive faults, leaks and blockages to ensure site safety.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Strong background in building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, or painting).
- NVQ in a relevant trade is highly desirable.
- Professional, customer-facing manner.
