Are you ready to write your next chapter?We’re looking for a CDD Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Due Diligence team. This role is responsible for producing high‑quality reporting packs, slide decks, and communication materials that support effective decision‑making across CDD operations, governance forums, and change initiatives.Location: London, Birmingham or Gateshead office location, hybrid working option available, 3 days per week office based.What you’ll own as the CDD Reporting AnalystReporting Governance and OversightOwn the end‑to‑end reporting schedule, ensuring smooth and timely production cycles across all CDD forumsDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting templates, standards, and contributor guidanceCollaborate with CDD data owners and business leads to identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes and reduce manual effortMaintain awareness of reporting requirements across CDD to ensure alignment and prevent duplication and support audit readinessSupport audit and compliance activities by ensuring documentation and reporting processes meet regulatory and internal requirementsContent Gathering & CoordinationWork closely with CDD leadership to understand audience needs to see, strategic priorities, and key messagesCoordinate inputs across Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders bringing together data, updates, and insightsManage reporting timelines and workflows, prompting contributors and ensuring deliverables remain on track to meet deadlinesCommunication and Key MessagingCraft clear, concise narrative summaries that highlight trends, risks, outcomes, and recommended actionsTranslate technical, operational or regulatory content into digestible content suitable for non‑technical or senior audiencesBuild cohesive storylines that enable structured discussion and informed decision‑makingReporting Pack ProductionLead the creation of clear, structured, insight-driven reporting packs and slide decks for operational meetings, governance forums, and senior leadership updatesOrganise and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of understanding for all stakeholdersEnsure reporting is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time for recurring and ad‑hoc forumsMaintain consistent formatting, messaging, and visual standards across all reporting materialsProject & Change Communications SupportDevelop project update decks, milestone summaries, and communication materials for ongoing CDD change and transformation activityPartner with project leads to provide transparent updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming timelines.Create clear, engaging materials that support change adoption and stakeholder understandingPrepare briefing packs and talking points for senior leaders involved in change‑related discussionsStakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships across CDD and related functions to stay informed of key updates, challenges, and initiativesProvide leaders with well structured, high-quality materials for steering groups, forums, and cross‑functional meetingsProvide guidance on how to structure, refine and present content effectivelyWhat you’ll bringExperience producing high‑quality reporting packs, presentations, or communication materials in a regulated, operational, or change‑driven environmentExcellent PowerPoint skills, with strength in structure, storytelling, and visual clarityStrong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and craft compelling narrativesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished outputsStrong organisational skills with comfort managing multiple deadlines and coordinating across teamsConfidence working with senior stakeholders and understanding business prioritiesIt’s a bonus if you haveExperience supporting governance forums, project steering groups, or change communicationsFamiliarity with CDD/KYC, regulatory topics, or financial services operationsExperience developing templates, style guides, or reporting standardsAbout the teamTo learn more about our winning teams, check out our world-class teams that own it every day.What makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
