Everything You Need to Know

The purpose of this new role is to coordinate the company fleet risk and compliance requirements to ensure that we’re meeting regulatory, legal and health & safety requirements.

  • Provide health & safety support and training to operational managers and colleagues.
  • Assist in investigating, recording and reporting fleet‑based incidents or accidents on site.
  • Coordinate and support audits of operational sites, and ensure all fleet vehicle records and systems are updated with certifications.
  • Report into the Risk & Compliance Manager and work closely with the wider risk team.
  • Visit sites for audits and meetings – a valid UK driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Experience in a health & safety environment, particularly within the fleet sector.
  • Transport Manager CPC certification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and DVSA standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust while advising, training and supporting colleagues.
  • A positive, caring attitude and an eagerness to be part of a larger purpose.
