Esland in Shrewsbury is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for Darwin Farm. This role involves supporting the Home Manager in running a residential home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed care for young people.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in residential care, knowledge of Ofsted regulations, and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. The compensation is competitive at £34,000 – £39,000 per year. Additional benefits include a day off for your birthday and access to training.
