Coast and Vale Learning Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Achievement Leader in Heanor to support the academic and personal development of students. You will monitor progress, promote positive behavior, and lead attendance efforts for the Year 7 cohort.

The ideal candidate will share the Trust’s high aspirations for students and have a strong interest in encouraging their success. Previous experience in a school setting is appreciated but not mandatory. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
