Fram is working with a financial services business that is looking to engage with a Business Development Associate to support its growth strategy and new client development activity. The role sits within a collaborative and commercially focused environment and offers broad exposure across business development, marketing, and industry engagement within the investment and fund services sector.
The position involves supporting senior business development colleagues in identifying and developing new client relationships across the market. This includes researching prospective clients and industry participants, attending meetings and events, supporting pitch preparation, and contributing to proposals and presentations. The role combines relationship development with market research and commercial support, with an expectation that the successful individual contributes directly to lead generation activity over time.
There is also involvement in supporting wider marketing and communication initiatives, including website content, thought leadership material, social media activity, and CRM management. The role provides broad exposure across the commercial side of the business and would suit someone who enjoys variety, relationship building, and working across multiple projects simultaneously.
This may appeal to a graduate or early-career professional with one to two years of experience within financial services, sales support, marketing, or a related environment. Strong organisation, communication skills, and a proactive approach will be important, alongside the ability to work in a structured and commercially aware way. Confidence using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems would be beneficial.
