Bristol Grammar School is seeking a part-time, permanent Pastoral Administrator to start September 2026.

Role Overview

This new role in the pastoral office of the senior school will deliver administrative and operational support for the pastoral and safeguarding team, and provide PA support to the Deputy Head (Pupil Development) and Assistant Head (Wellbeing). The role holder will work alongside and in collaboration with the Pastoral Assistant who supports the Deputy Head (Safeguarding).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the pastoral and safeguarding team.
  • Provide PA support to the Deputy Head (Pupil Development) and Assistant Head (Wellbeing).
  • Collaborate with the Pastoral Assistant who supports the Deputy Head (Safeguarding).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and have previous experience working within a busy administrative environment.
