Team Leader – Adult Residential Care

We are recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join adult residential and supported living services across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or existing Team Leader looking to progress within a supportive organization offering clear development opportunities into Deputy Manager roles.
Role
You will support the day‑to‑day running of the service, lead shifts, supervise staff, and help deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care. The role involves supporting adults with daily living, wellbeing, independence, safeguarding, and community engagement while ensuring care plans and records are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience within residential care or supported living
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Leadership or senior support experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
