What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the elicitation and documentation of business requirements through workshops, interviews and analysi
- Helping translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and documentatio
- Assisting with data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunitie
- Working closely with delivery, technical and product teams to support solution design and implementation
- Supporting testing, validation and change activities to ensure solutions meet business need
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the BA communit
