Foreman

42 Hours Per Week – Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 17:00
We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreman to oversee the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales.
On a day to day basis, you will supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance and organise technical training for the team.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience of supervising a team ideally within a similar industry
- Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
- Be able to manage a team and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment, ensuring that all H&S and housekeeping are kept to the highest standards
