Job Description:

At Nationwide, a Customer Representative will support customers across all channels, including transactions at the till, inbound calls, and product application support via digital sales. The role delivers first‑class service in person, by phone and online, and will receive comprehensive training virtually in the branch.

Minimum salary from 1 July 2026 will be £26,500.

Responsibilities

  • Process and complete transactions at the counter.
  • Educate customers on digital services and help them bank more easily.
  • Handle customer queries through online channels and the phone.
  • Provide first‑class service in person, via phone and online.
  • Assist customers with the full range of services, adapting style to suit their needs.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using digital tools and applications.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to diverse customers.
