SURVEYOR PROJECT MANAGER

Current vacancy for a Surveyor Project Manager to work within the planning and commission team for a housing provider.

The role will involve delivery of planned works across various schemes including kitchen and bathroom replacements, building safety works and external painting.

Responsibilities

• Delivering building surveying and project management functions within Planning & Commissioning team
• Promoting a culture which places customers first and aims to deliver a high standard of service.
• Directly managing the delivery of capital projects and component renewal programmes.
• To manage, control and forecast programme budgets and expenditure.
• Undertaking stock condition surveys and options appraisals, throughout and other managed property portfolios.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have a HNC in building or construction and have worked within a housing organisation.
