Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager fluent in Chinese and experienced in providing high quality care through massage or a similar service trade. This role requires strong communication skills, basic human anatomy knowledge, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining mental resilience.

• Fluent in Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients.
• Good communication skills to handle workers and customers.
• Good basic knowledge of human anatomy.
• Can work under pressure.
• Strong mental capability.
• Working hours: 8–10 hours a day, 6 days a week (12pm–10pm).
• Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years in a massage establishment or related service trade.
• Fluent in Chinese.
• Able to read and write in English.
