Flight Operations Coordinator – Network Planning

Arden White Aviation, Aerospace Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing aviation operator to support the appointment of a Flight Operations Coordinator – Network Planning. This is a key role at the centre of flight planning, charter coordination and airline liaison. You will ensure the efficient, compliant and cost-effective delivery of the flight programme, working closely with internal teams and global partners. Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of the flight programme in line with budget and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage operational disruptions and implement recovery plans
• Arrange key services including permits, handling, slots, fuel and cargo
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and airline partners
• Review supplier costs and maintain accurate operational records
• Support route analysis, airport handling requests and operational planning

Essential Requirements

• Experience in aviation operations, network planning or charter coordination
• Strong understanding of flight planning, permits and ground handling
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Desirable

• Cargo or ULD experience
• Familiarity with Jeppesen or similar systems
