It is a one form entry school with a class for each year group.All about the role: We are seeking a positive, organised and cheerful person to be the first point of contact for visitors to school and to run all aspects of the school office; carrying out all administration and financial control duties. The ability to manage time and distractions well and to be able to work with regular interruption and under pressure is essential.You must be an excellent communicator both in the spoken and written word, with a good level of skill in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Office. In addition to excellent administration skills, you should have experience of using (or a willingness to learn) school budget and administration software (FMS) and information management (SIMS).This role is key to the smooth running of the school and the successful candidate must show a willingness to continue their professional development through relevant training.
