About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; ACA or similar certification preferred
  • Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Skilled in financial analysis tools and software
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee all financial accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
  • Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for senior leadership
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and key financial performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Lead external audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors and regulators
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices
