QHSE Administrator
We are working with an established manufacturing business in Southampton recruiting a full‑time, permanent QHSE Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain QHSE records, databases and reports to ensure accuracy
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislations and ISO Standards
- Track KPIs, identify trends, recommend improvements to the QHSE process
- Schedule meetings and keep minutes
Qualifications
- Proven management system experience (ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001) and practical experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- IOSH or equivalent desirable
Benefits
- Starting salary of £28,000
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)
