QHSE Administrator

We are working with an established manufacturing business in Southampton recruiting a full‑time, permanent QHSE Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain QHSE records, databases and reports to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislations and ISO Standards
  • Track KPIs, identify trends, recommend improvements to the QHSE process
  • Schedule meetings and keep minutes

Qualifications

  • Proven management system experience (ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001) and practical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • IOSH or equivalent desirable

Benefits

  • Starting salary of £28,000
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)
