The HR Project & Continuous Improvement Manager will lead and support global HR initiatives, driving projects from planning through execution and post‑implementation review. This role will ensure effective collaboration across HR and other business functions, manage change and communication strategies, and champion continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery within HR.

Tasks and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support global HR projects across the organization, aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Plan and manage project resources, defining scope, budget, and timeline, and monitoring progress for efficient utilization and adherence to plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, status reports, and governance materials to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with HR teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
  • Establish and execute communication plans, designing effective strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Drive change management and training, evaluating and coordinating activities to support successful implementation.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion continuous process improvement, identifying, analyzing, and implementing enhancements within HR to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR project management or HR operations.
  • Proven track record of managing global or cross‑functional projects.
  • Experience in process engineering, mapping, and measurable improvements.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • PMP or similar certification a plus.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, process visualization (Visio), and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of HR systems, especially Workday.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across a global matrixed environment.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive implementation of process improvements.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and re‑prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and cultures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Understanding of global employment and data privacy considerations.
