Job Description
Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing projectsDrive key supplier processes, audits, and root cause investigationsEnsure effective containment, corrective actions, and Zero Defect programme implementationCollaborate with suppliers on process improvements and source transfer programmesAnalyse nonconforming data and drive resolution strategiesManage supplier development using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause tools

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Posses an Aerospace quality background with working knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, AS9102 would be beneficialExperience in supplier audits and supplier developmentProficient in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, xwzovoh MSA, SPC, Control PlansConfident in problem-solving, lean manufacturing, and using SAP systemsFull UK Driving LicenseEU travel once a month
