Role Overview
Join us as our new Head of Landlord Compliance, Building Safety and Health & Safety at Bron Afon. You will lead specialist teams to ensure compliance within a regulated housing environment, keeping customers safe in their homes and driving high standards across compliance and health & safety functions. This role plays a key part in delivering our vision and meeting statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide compliance teams across landlord, building safety and health & safety domains
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in a regulated housing environment
- Drive high standards and continuous improvement across compliance and health & safety functions
- Collaborate with specialist teams to support our vision for improved customer service, digital transformation and delivery of new, energy‑efficient homes
